This agreement applies regardless of whether services are paid monthly, annually, daily, trial-based, complimentary, partially used, or actively utilized in any way.

Club Properties and its products are owned and operated by Profile Your City, Inc.
Realty Chat and its products are owned and operated by Profile Your City, Inc.
All policies, terms, and conditions contained herein apply to all affiliated brands, systems, products, communication tools, AI assistants, and services operated by Profile Your City, Inc.
SMS Communications Policy
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Messaging is conversational and sent only in response to user-initiated inquiries, requests, support interactions, or existing customer relationships.
By providing your mobile phone number through our websites, forms, AI assistants, customer support interactions, property inquiries, appointment requests, direct communication, or by calling or texting any published business number operated by Profile Your City, Inc., Club Properties, Realty Chat, or affiliated services, you consent to receive SMS communications from us.

Due to immediate setup costs, third-party vendor expenses, custom development time, operational resources, software licensing, domain registration fees, hosting expenses, and related service costs involved in launching and maintaining services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced or services have been activated.
However, we will always make reasonable efforts to address legitimate service concerns and work with clients toward a fair resolution whenever possible.
Private Information & Confidentiality
All information regarding products, services, customer accounts, communications, business methods, client lists, pricing, systems, sales techniques, AI workflows, software configurations, and operational procedures is considered confidential and proprietary to Profile Your City, Inc.
Unauthorized sharing, forwarding, publication, or disclosure of private correspondence, support communications, or privileged information without written consent may result in service termination.
Training Materials & Educational Content
All training materials, support documents, emails, text messages, videos, social media content, webinars, AI demonstrations, consulting advice, and verbal guidance provided by Profile Your City, Inc. remain proprietary and confidential.
These materials may not be copied, redistributed, reproduced, resold, or publicly shared without written permission.
Changes, Errors & Maintenance
Clients are responsible for reviewing all website content, email addresses, phone numbers, images, bios, and information for accuracy during the review period.
After launch, ongoing edits, updates, troubleshooting, maintenance, and corrections may incur additional charges.
We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, alter, replace, improve, or discontinue website features, integrations, AI systems, software tools, hosting systems, widgets, third-party integrations, APIs, or related services at any time.
Terms of Service Duration
Unless otherwise specified in writing, service agreements generally operate on annual terms and automatically continue unless terminated in accordance with these policies.
Pricing, hosting fees, domain fees, software licensing fees, maintenance rates, AI services, communication tools, and related services may change at any time without notice.
Customer Conduct
Professional and respectful communication is required at all times. Harassment, abusive conduct, threats, excessive hostility, or inappropriate behavior directed toward staff, contractors, or representatives may result in suspension or termination of services.
Support Requests & Communication Procedures
Official support requests must be submitted through our designated support systems or approved communication channels.
We do not guarantee immediate response times and reserve weekends and holidays for personal and family time.
Most support requests, edits, maintenance, troubleshooting, or consulting services may be billable at current rates unless otherwise stated in writing.
Domains, Hosting & Email Services
Domains, hosting services, email systems, and related products may be provided through Profile Your City, Inc., affiliated providers, registrars, hosting companies, or third-party vendors.
Services may be transferred, modified, upgraded, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Clients are responsible for maintaining valid billing information and renewing applicable services.
Website Upgrades & Platform Changes
Profile Your City, Inc. reserves the right to update, improve, replace, redesign, alter, or modify website systems, software tools, AI systems, integrations, communication systems, and platform features at any time.
Changes made by MLS systems, browser companies, third-party vendors, APIs, software providers, AI platforms, or external services may require mandatory updates, modifications, or paid maintenance.
Licensing & Intellectual Property
All websites, software systems, designs, source code, AI workflows, graphics, written materials, databases, communication systems, integrations, and related content remain the intellectual property of Profile Your City, Inc. unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients are granted a limited license to use products and services during the active service relationship.
Photography, Video & Copyright Materials
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid licenses, permissions, or rights to all images, videos, text, graphics, trademarks, and copyrighted materials used within their websites, advertisements, AI systems, or marketing materials.
Profile Your City, Inc. assumes no liability for copyright claims, licensing disputes, content ownership disputes, or unauthorized content usage.
Marketing Usage Rights
Profile Your City, Inc. may reference, display, showcase, or promote client websites, projects, designs, AI systems, marketing campaigns, or related work within marketing materials, portfolios, presentations, demonstrations, advertisements, social media, and promotional content.
Email Services Disclaimer
We do not guarantee uninterrupted email delivery, uptime, compatibility, or support for third-party applications, devices, or software systems.
Clients are responsible for backing up important emails and data.
Mass unsolicited email campaigns, spam, political propaganda, illegal content, or abusive email practices are prohibited.
IDX/MLS Disclaimer
IDX and MLS information is provided by third-party sources and cannot be guaranteed to be fully accurate, complete, or current at all times.
Clients are responsible for complying with MLS rules, fees, licensing requirements, and regulations.
Chargebacks
Initiating a credit card chargeback for valid services rendered may constitute a breach of contract and may accelerate all outstanding balances immediately due.
Website Data & Backups
While we make reasonable efforts to maintain backups and operational continuity, clients are solely responsible for backing up and preserving all website data, leads, content, communications, and business information.
Termination of Services
Termination requests must be submitted in writing to:

Termination requests may require advance notice and settlement of outstanding balances prior to completion.
Non-Compete & Confidentiality
Clients, contractors, employees, and affiliated parties agree not to improperly use, disclose, reproduce, duplicate, or exploit proprietary business information, systems, strategies, software, confidential materials, or operational procedures belonging to Profile Your City, Inc.
Rules, Laws & Compliance
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws, regulations, MLS requirements, ADA requirements, licensing rules, marketing laws, SMS regulations, privacy requirements, and industry standards applicable to their businesses and websites.
