We designed our AI Assistant to make it easier to ask questions, request information, submit By Owner listing details, request membership follow-up, navigate club property websites, and communicate with Club Properties. These terms explain how the Assistant works, how information may be used, and the limits of the service.
BY USING THE ASSISTANT, YOU AGREE
By speaking to, typing into, clicking, opening, or otherwise interacting with the AI Assistant, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Assistant.
AI-GENERATED INFORMATION
The Assistant may use artificial intelligence to generate responses. Responses may be incomplete, delayed, misunderstood, inaccurate, outdated, or not applicable to your situation. You should independently verify all information before relying on it.
The Assistant does not provide legal, financial, tax, insurance, investment, appraisal, engineering, inspection, medical, or professional advice.
NO GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY
Club Properties and Profile Your City, Inc. make no guarantee that information provided by the Assistant is accurate, complete, current, available, or suitable for any particular purpose. Website content, listing information, pricing, availability, club membership information, fees, policies, amenities, and contact information may change without notice.
LISTING INFORMATION
If you provide property listing information, rental availability, pricing, descriptions, photos, owner contact information, open house information, or update requests, you are responsible for ensuring that all information is accurate, lawful, complete, and not misleading.
Submitting information through the Assistant does not create an active listing, guarantee publication, guarantee approval, guarantee placement, guarantee leads, guarantee renters, guarantee buyers, or guarantee any result.
Club Properties may review, edit, reject, remove, delay, or decline any submitted information at its discretion.
HUMAN REVIEW
Certain requests, including listing submissions, listing updates, membership inquiries, support requests, and other interactions, may be reviewed by a member of the Club Properties team before action is taken. Not every request is processed automatically, and additional information may be requested before changes are made.
REAL ESTATE AND MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Club Properties may provide technology, marketing, real estate website, and brokerage-related services. However, the Assistant does not create an agency relationship, brokerage agreement, listing agreement, representation agreement, fiduciary relationship, membership approval, club approval, rental agreement, purchase agreement, or contract.
Club membership information, dues, fees, availability, approval requirements, and policies must be verified directly with the applicable club or membership office.
CONTACT INFORMATION AND CONSENT
When you provide your name, phone number, email address, property address, or other information, you authorize Club Properties, Profile Your City, Inc., affiliated websites, staff, representatives, service providers, or applicable club/property contacts to use that information to respond to your request.
This may include email, phone, text message, internal review, CRM entry, Slack/internal notification, listing setup, account creation, support follow-up, or other reasonable business purposes related to your request.
CONVERSATION RECORDING AND TRANSCRIPTS
Your interaction with the Assistant may be logged, transcribed, stored, reviewed, summarized, or shared internally for support, quality control, follow-up, security, training, troubleshooting, listing review, membership inquiry handling, and business operations.
Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential information, financial account information, Social Security numbers, medical information, passwords, or information you do not want reviewed or stored.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Assistant may rely on third-party technology providers for voice, transcription, artificial intelligence, communications, hosting, analytics, CRM, email, SMS, or related services. By using the Assistant, you understand that information may be processed by these providers as part of normal operation.
NO EMERGENCY USE
The Assistant is not intended for emergencies, urgent safety issues, time-sensitive legal matters, or situations requiring immediate human response. For emergencies, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service.
NO LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Club Properties, Profile Your City, Inc., their owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, vendors, technology providers, and related parties are not liable for any loss, damage, claim, delay, misunderstanding, missed opportunity, inaccurate information, unavailable listing, incorrect availability, communication failure, technical issue, AI-generated error, or reliance on information provided through the Assistant.
USER RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for reviewing all information, confirming all details, verifying all facts, and seeking appropriate professional advice before making decisions related to real estate, rentals, purchases, sales, memberships, contracts, pricing, legal obligations, or financial matters.
PRIVACY
Use of the Assistant may also be subject to the Club Properties Privacy Policy and any applicable website terms, SMS terms, or communication policies.
CHANGES
These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Assistant after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
